Meet Sara Lentz, Director of Nursing Operations for Dignity Health Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco. Sara uses evidence-based practices to manage the daily nursing operations of these hospitals with a focus on the entire patient experience, including safety and quality care. She has held many roles at Dignity Health over the past 15 years and is currently the first and only RN Certified Care Specialist in Gender Affirmation Care in the world. In this video Sara discusses her commitment to continually improving the health of the communities we serve.
